About Us

Manikripa is a JLPT N1 certified Japanese language trainer with more than a decade of experience. She is also a freelance Japanese translator working in contracts involving complex Japanese - English translation assignments from universities in Japan. She is an electrical and electronics engineer and prior to starting her career in Japanese, she has worked in global IT organizations. She also teaches Tamil and English to native Japanese living in Chennai, India. She has authored and published a Tamil language handbook (in Japanese) titled “タミル語で話しましょう” and received a letter of recognition from the consulate-general of Japan. Her Japanese video tutorials in YouTube has enabled many enthusiasts to enjoy the beauty of Japanese language through Tamil. She has successfully trained more than 1000+ students and translated over 700+ scientific research papers till date.
